Mayweather clean sweeps the first 5 rounds. Castillo came on strong in rounds 6 and 7. Floyd wins round 8 10-8. Castillo comes back and wins round 9. Round 10 was close but I gave it to Floyd for his counters and making Castillo miss, and it turns out to be an even round making it 9-9. Round 11 was all JLC. Clean round for him. And Round 12 was a good round Floyd countered him for the first 2 minutes. JLC looked like he was about to come on strong, then in the last 30 seconds. Castillo lands 2 punches and misses with about 12 of them. Rounds 1. FMJ 2. FMJ 3. FMJ 4. FMJ 5. FMJ - 50-45 6. JLC 7. JLC - 68-65 8. FMJ - 78-63 (10-8 ) 9. JLC 10. FMJ - 96-92(9-9) 11. JLC 12. FMJ 115-111.
Yeah, I just don't see how JLC won any of the first 5 rounds. And he damn sure didn't sweep the last 7. It was at the very least a draw.
There have been many polls regarding this bout. Here's the most recent. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32994 Most people didn't see it that way. Too bad. It's good to see things your own way though.
Mayweather won, and it wasnt a particularly hard fight. Castillo just had more success than people expected, or were used to seeing against mayweather. He still dominated, and won by at least 3 points. Collazo beat Hatton IMO, and for certain, had he came on in the 10th or 11th, like he did in the 12th, would have stopped Hatton. Hatton is fitter than ever, and more fired up than ever, but good fighters dont beat great ones, and so Mayweather wins this after taking a look at hatton for a round or two, will then outbox him, break him down, and stop him somtime between 8-10.
And most of those people never show their card. They just say they think Floyd lost. Probably 50% of them never saw the fight. I just watched the fight with no volume and I scored it for FMJ.
I watched it recently but don't have the card anymore... ...will watch it again tomorrow and post my card...:good
NP - I would just like to see your card =D 1 Quick question. Do you think FMJ swept the first 5 rounds? And did you watch it without Volume.
So it's mandatory that everyone who voted needs to provide a scorecard? Like it would make a difference to you what other people score? You'd still disagree with anything that's not the same as yours.
I watched it with volume...but honestly, don't give a damn what the commentators say or how they score it on TV...I did not give the first 5 to FMJ in a clean sweep as far as I remember...will watch it without volume tomorrow.:good DISCLAIMER: Decebal is an inexperienced and poor scorer of fights, but biased, he is not...
Yes but I'd want people to justify why they gave which rounds to who. Not just those guys who dislike Floyd and agree with someone who has a scorecard against Floyd.
