Hopkins says he was rusty and worked some rust off. Said he was anticipating on fighting anybody but Roy Jones just happened to be the fight. He said in 2010 he plans for "bigger and better" things. He said Adamek and Dawson were fights "on the table" but the other guys went elsewhere and Roy Jones Jr was the last man standing. Discussions are going on about Shawn Porter.

Ken Porter's brother was killed in a hit and run at 3 years old. Ken says his son looks just like his brother. Showing some amateur clips of Shawn Porter, some of him training in his dad's gym. Pretty nice in depth stuff on the family. Certainly does its job to make you want to root for him.

The best thing BHop can say abou the Jones fight, and the thing he needs to keep saying, is that he's fighting Jones because it's personal, and long overdue. Everything else he said is bull****. Saying it's a grudge match, and he wants to whip Jones' ass for very personal reasons is what he should be going with every time.

Honestly, I was excited about the rematch before Roy got blitzed. I don't care at all now.

 

this was a better piece than anything Showtime puts on fight night. 360 is sick, but they dont' do **** fight night other than Bernstein's keys to the fight.

 

I'm just catching up on DVR...4 rounds into Lane-Tucker...good fight.
