Porter is Naseem Hamed, Manny Pac, and Mike Tyson combined. Except not as good as any of those guys. Way to anxious and open on the inside. Now he doesn't want to fight on the inside which is exactly what he should be doing the whole time.
Round 2 This is ugly due to the pronounced difference in size and body types - and the fact that neither minds clinching when they're within arm's reach; so far Lane-Tucker is looking like a tough act to follow. Porter continues to dance and swat. Jordan just can't find a target - as I type that he stuns Porter with a hook off the ropes. Porter backpedals and Jordan goes back to hitting air. Even after 2
i think so... he's is currently pac's sparring partner for clottey. he needs better hand and feet coordination to be effective with that style though.
Round 3 begins and Jordan is coming forward. Porter is moving but going straight backwards. Jordan back to clinching as Porter jumps in. Porter likes those leaping straight right hands. Jordan trying some mediocre jabs but Porter isn't scared of the jab. Porter not throwing enough right now. Porter and Jordan get tangled up as Jordan winds up with his back to Porter. Alexis Arguello would say Jordan loses. Porter moving well but he's abandoning his jab. He's leaping in with a l nice combination but I haven't seen a jab in a while. Porter JUST misses a right hook but Jordan moves well. Jordan takes three punches and shows off....but those landed and Jordan isn't doing anything in contrast. Jordan throwing a weak jab which Atlas calls a "pushy jab". I'm sure he wanted to say "***** jab" but was aware he's miced up. Round ends with a whole lot of nothing. 10-9 Porter but still unimpressive 30-27 Porter
He's WAY too open when he does it. Pac keeps his hands high when he moves in and out, especially when he's on the inside. Porter has gotten away with it because Russell is practically comatose, but a better fighter will catch him quick.
