Interestingly, Sierra knocked out a comebacking Jose Luis Lopez in his last fight. Yes, THAT JL Lopez.

    Round 7

George blocks a pair of jabs and is then folded in half by a right hand looping around his glove to the ear area. He nearly goes down but retains his balance and leans onto Sierra. The mouthpiece of Sierra comes out and as soon as it's replaced he comes out with a hard 1-2 that turns into a clinch. George is warned for rabbit punching. They clinch up on George's left and Sierra's right and this time it's George working his free right hand. Sierra with a jab and uppercut combination, then just when George thinks he's done for the moment and drops his hands Sierra gets two more power punches in. Sierra finally scores a legitimate knockdown, with George tumbling to the center of the ring from an accumulation. George gets up and immediately takes several punches, mostly uppercuts, to the chest. George steps forward trying to land a 1-2 and is countered with a crushing right hand. Sierra flurries right through the bell and George is KTFO by a right hand and collapses into the referee's arms, but it is ruled to be a punch after the bell so no count is applied.

If the corner allows this fight to continue then that would be very upsetting.

Once they clear all the blood off The Bomb's face, it's completely purple. Been that way since the 2nd round.

Oh well, I guess this is what happens when you spar against a 11 year old girl.

    That's it.

Sierra wins by corner retirement after seven rounds.

I don't even believe that deserved a 2 point deduction.

So Gary Ritter is ruling that the judges should tabulate their scorecards through the 7th, and deduct two points from Sierra for landing an illegal blow after the bell.

So is there a cut that dictates George can't continue?? Otherwise there is no justification for going to the cards.
