    If teddy was to meet Joe's eyes while he is talking I think that would be one of the most uncomfortable moments I've ever seen. Joe is just waiting for him to turn but he never does.

    Otero is trying to squat down and roll his head out of the way of Williams' right jab. Williams is still drumming the body with underhanded claps while circling . Otero is finding a home for the right hand, however. Williams a bit lazy when not on the offensive. Hands down, legs mostly inert. Otero gets a few touches in over the top, but doesn't quite squeak the round IMO. Nice honest effort, though. Shots after the bell by Otero while holding.
