FNF: Matt Godfrey, Shaun George, BJ Flores

George looked set for a melt down around round 3. Don't necessarily know why Chris Henry was standing over George like a douche. Seemed a tad unnecessary but alas what can ya do.

BJ Flores is a terrible analyst.

 

Flores isn't sure what happened with George. Said he looked punched out and weary after the end of the 1st round. Said that he went into defense mode from rounds 2 to 5 and just couldn't handle it.

Tomasz Adamek against Bobby Gunn hype up. Brian Kenny is trying his hardest NOT to rip this fight.

 

Flores says nobody knows who Bobby Gunn is. A fighter hidden in obscurity. Said Bobby Gunn got crushed against Enzo. He said Bobby Gunn isn't going to last very long. He figures Adamek is going to give him a boxing lesson.

BJ says it might be a Rocky Balboa story. Says it's going to be very difficult for him. Adamek is proven and has a top resume. Flores is predicting Adamek by decision.

Flores says Cunningham-Braithwaite is going to be a great fight. Says Nasim is going to make Steve Cunningham a better fighter off the bat and he sort of hinted that he'd pick Cunningham in a rematch with Adamek.

Yeah not sure why I put Adamek by decision. I meant Cunningham by big decision.

John Mackey against -Somebody- Ennis

 

I disagree. He offers no great insight like B-Hop, Roy Jones, or Shannon briggs. He also has a terrible voice, he sounds like a whiney baby.

 

Ennis if I'm correct is the guy who got knocked out in epic fashion against Allan Conyers. Conyers proceeded to get knocked out by James Kirkland.

 

Mackie hurt and down.

While this happening, Atlas is having a hard time sending his condolences to the sister of the promoter in the Philly area. He seemed sincere for once...which leads me to believe he was lying.

 

Ennis leans far to back and tries to lunge in. Mackey just squares up to him and walks forward like a glutton for punishment. Ennis has the faster hands and when he decides to let em go he does damage. Mackey is just too slow to really deliver the pain. He doesn't throw enough, window watching Ennis mainly due to his speed. Ennis is up 2-0 and has an extra point for the KD.
