Blistering exchange, Bowles swerving to either side to add leverage to his looping shots with both hands. Socarras plunges in through the gap with a right hand and snaps Bowles' head back. Socarras pops jabs from the outside and Bowles flops in to hold him around the waist. Bowles starts letting his hands go and is nailed by a hard counter right as Socarras leans away. HARD uppercut by Bowles. Socarras lands a hook; Bowles a right. Very evenly meted out violence here...but they're also both rolling with the punches quite well. Socarras circles and waves his left out in a short spiral, flicking out some feints. Bowles tries to stalk his way in but takes a jab to the nose over his lowered left arm, crossed against his belly. Socarras lands another jab and they tie up.

Round 3

Socarras is dropping his chin to his chest and throwing huge wide hooks. Bowles windmills a lead left and clips him from outside. BIG SHOTS by Socarras, rocking Bowles. Bowles tosses up a throwaway jab and comes in with an overhand right, leaving his face open as he drifts in. Socarras checks him with a jab/hook hybrid and then unleashes a HUGE LOOPING RIGHT HAND FROM THE BLIND SIDE!! Bowles' skull whips around on its axis, as his leg snaps bent underneath him and leaves him in a momentary teeter. Bowles down and out!!

Socarras improves to 6-0-1 (5), all before his 20th birthday...which is in three weeks.
