Whats ur thoughts on this fight folks ? .... Simpson literally beat Truscott up last time and despite a cut finishing the fight can anyone really see Truscott turning this around ?

Simpson 4/6 with Boylesports looks a very good bet to me ....

He didn't 'literally beat him up'. Truscott was on top in the early stages and could well have still been just ahead on the cards, quite a few people had him so.

What is true is that the momentum was with Simpson when the fight was stopped. Truscott needs to make sure he's fitter and stronger this time.

What was pure bull**** was Truscott getting a TKO loss for that headbutt. 'Here you go fighters...headbutt your opponent and win the belt!'. Great ruling.

Simpson was hurting Truscott ... i had money on Truscott that night and it was clear that he wasnt winning this fight from early on ..... Im not sure Truscott can improve that much to overturn the form book ...

Watch this fight again and you will see he did literally beat him up !

He might have been ahead. I said some people had it for Truscott by a point, but some had it level, some had it one the other way. The point I was making was that Truscott was definitely not getting beaten up and was holding his own. I fully agree if the fight had gone on Simpson would have likely won because he was the one coming on strong.

With all due respect its not as if you would have been scoring the fight with the greatest objectivity in the world.

its what simpson brings to the fight that will determine the fight,i can assure you simpson has improved bundles from janurary,he hits harder, greater variety of combos than before,in what should be a good fight,i see only one winner simpson!

I'm going for Simpson too because of the way the fight seemed to be going when the cut occurred. It was very close but Simpson was the one coming strong...do the math. That's not likely to change because Simpson is stronger and punches harder, Truscott has to do a lot of leg work.

I think Simpson'll win it as well .Truscotts got a good jab and that but I think his only chance is a very close decision or known Simpson's luck robbery because he's only got the 1 stoppage on his record.Don't think he's got the power to beat Simpson.I think Simpson'll stop him mid to later rounds.

I was impressed with Simpson in that fight. He fires alot of body shots and I think he would have cought up with Trustcott eventually anyway and stopped him after wearing him down.

    Simpson tko 11

see the thing is as we all know simpson was landing a lot of punches which resulted in paul not being able to continue,so it really doesnt matter what happend in the rounds leading up to the stoppage! it's a 12 round fight not 4 or 6 but 12
