Focused Zab vs Prime Ricky Hatton at

Well I do think he should be facing one of the 3 other titlists at 140. Not Judah. And if he wins you'll hear nothing from me but "good job".

 

Given their track records in big fights, I'd have to go with the Hitman.

 

Your about as funny as the clap. I was talking about floyd because he beat collazo yes it was close but he fairly beat him. I don't talk about an home town judge or ref because they were all american the judges and referee.

 

I totally agree and I think this fight would not come off because hatton can't do 147 and I can't see judah back at 140 unless he got offered rees.

 

I think Hatton would blow him away at 140, in 42 fights, how many people have even looked like beating him?

If the fight was at 147, I think it would go the distance, with Zab pinching a split decision. Suppose it depends on the judges really.

Ooooh good matchup. I really think Hatton is vulnerable and Judah can crack, especially at 140lbs. One thing I have to point out is that even a 'Focused Judah' can become 'unfocused' if he is pushed or frustrated. I'd say if Hatton can make it through the first 5 rounds without getting rocked he would go on to win a decision. I think Hatton wins this fight 70% of the times, but gets stopped or beaten up badly enough in the early rounds to lose a decision the other 30%.

I think the winner depends on the weight. Hatton is pretty much unbeatable at 140lbs, yet almost useless at 147.

Judah was good at 140, but not in Hatton's class.

I had Collazo beating Hatton 7-5 (so only by 1 point as Hatton scored a KD)

Hatton had problems with speed, fast counters, movement and slick boxers. Hes avoided fighters with these attributes other than Mayweather and Collazo

Judah is not as good as Mayweather but is better than Collazo.

HATTON EVEN AVOIDED JUDAH AT 140 PRE-2005. Hatton also avoided Witter and Corley (he was Corleys mandatory but didnt want to make the fight)

I had Hatton 7 - 5, but at 114-112 (the first and last rounds would be 10-8 rounds, 1st for the knockdown, 12th for the pasting which Hatton suffered).

I could see an argument for Collazo winning, but don't agree. He certainly came out throwing bombs in the last, but throughout the earlier rounds of the fight didn't trouble Hatton at all, looking like getting blown away in the first couple. He SHOULD have won the fight, but thats his fault for ****ing about rather than blaming the judges. Also, Hatton initiated almost all the exchanges, which would have won him some 'kudos' particularly in the eleventh round.

I had Collazo winning by 2pts. But no complaints here that's just politics for ya....I had Felix Strum beating DLH by at least 2 rounds maybe 3 but man was he shafted. :blurp
