Alvarez would be a considerable step up from recent opponents, I hate Chickenson just as much as you do but that wouldn't be a bad defense.

Wasn't the rematch with Fonfara considered a joke?. Now that he's not taking the fight it's considered serious business?.

Stevenson's career has been a joke unfortunately fonfara could be considered one of his best wins... and that says a lot about his ****py resume. Fonfara isn't a good fight but is better then anyone else Stevenson has fought in years all the while avoiding the best.

Fonfara's earned the rematch, but Alvarez would be a perfectly acceptable defense. No duck if Stevenson picks him.

I still think Braehmer beats Adonis, but we'll never see that fight.

Fonfara's last fights: N'Gumbu, Chavez Jr, Cleverly

Stevenson's last fights: Suhkotsky, Bika, Karpency

    do the math :rofl

"Chickenson" is the right name for Adonis.

He's the least likable boxer of all.

I didn't say it would, but Eleider will most likely lose by late KO or by dull decision, whereas La Bomba is kill or be killed, he may get taken out but he has a better chance than Alvarez of taking the Pimp out and brutally.

Before you even answer me I'll break it down for you.

    Fonfara's recent wins.
Cleverly-He went life and death with Clev the fight was easily 7-5 debatably could be scored a draw, had he not broken Nathan's nose in the 6th Clev would have definitely won it. Kovalev KO'd him in 4.

Ngumbo that all time great that STOPPED IN 5 ROUNDS by Nadjib Mohammedi, not only could Fonfara not stop him, he looked bad in the match and it was far closer than the scores reflect. Kovalev KO'd the guy that KO'd him in 3.

Chavez Jr. so what he's a short fat MW the fact that he couldn't convincingly beat Vera shows he had nothing left after the Martinez match.

Campillo He lost every round of that match to Campillo unil he caught a shot to hell pulverized by the Krusher version of Campillo and stopped him lin 9. Kovalev stopped Campillo in 3.

Glen Johnson he lost to and got a gift.

Tommy Karpency he beat, so did Cleverly.and Murat.

Fonfara's resume isn't as impressive as people seem to think it is.

Again, the question was; "Who has Kovalev beaten that was better than Fonfara?"
