At most 1,000 calories a day ! Thats barely enough to get you through the day without training , damn
Come to think of it, that's maybe when I don't give it my all during practice. See, I don't get breakfast in the morning and I go straight to work and when I get out, I go to the gym and train for an hour and a half. I think I'm burning off calories that aren't even there lol.
You'll be fine man. If you want to get a burger king just do it, no need to worry, just enjoy it and move on.
I would literally drop dead on that amount of calories , try make time for breakfast its the most important meal of the day and it gets your metabolisim going early
I'm on a strict KFC diet a day. No fresh Subway ****, only good old fashioned cooked food. I find it hard to believe that some people can be satisfied with such low fatty foods after such intense workouts. I'm practically craving for a large big mac or double whopper, after lifting some weights for 3 or 4 hours....
That's just bad habit. I crave food and anything I see/think of seems appealing. But if I have a pile of rice, chicken breast and veg, or a nice pizza, or a big tub of KFC (NEVER had this PWO, just an example), it will be satisfy my hunger, all will deal with my body's needs, but some are excessive. Weight gain, and more muscle or fat gain, will be MAINLY dependant on controlling urges like "I WANT SOME KFC" after every workout, or not. Most of my muscle gain was from buying 2 10" pizzas, cooking them both, putting them on each other and having a pizza sandwich after most training in my 2nd year of training. My first year I had a protein shake made of 1 scoop of muscle milk and 5 raw eggs, with some creatine. I probably put on more weight and mostly muscle in that 2nd year. Nowadays I don't have anything like as much because I've seen how easily I put on weight, and for my level I would be even less competitive in higher weight class. Plus it saves me becoming a massive fat ****.
