I train at about 10 am, this is early morning for me because I work nights. I have read that by not having breakfast before a workout you burn more calories(I have a little bit to looses). Although I have also read that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it helps kick start your metabolism.

    Which is correct?

by not having breakfast you certainly wont burn more calories, you quite possibly could burn more fat as you have no glycogen(carbs) as energy

personally i dont like it and never really do it, training is hard as it is especially when you have not loaded pre training with an energy source

another reason to not do this is you can experience muscle atrophy as the body when no glycogen is present will seek energy from body fat and the protein in your muscles (burning muscle), it is as you said the most important meal of the day so i always have my porridge with some veg and some sort of protein

It's bull****. The difference is very small.

You train to become better, so you need to push yourself. How can you do that if you have no energy because you haven't eaten anything?

Always have something to eat before any kind of training.

I always wake up and run without eating and have no problems but I wouldn't go to do a 2hour boxing workout without eating something first.

I never really considered doing a workout without having some fuel in my body, however I read that article about the so-called "Warrior Diet." To be honest I took a a lot it with a pinch of salt, it was just when the guy stated that it's scientific fact that your body burns more calories on an empty stomach that I got thinking.

I'm in good condition weighing 69kg and being 5'7.5 in height, however I'm not ripped. I have one solid 2.5hr training session a day at the boxing gym, can't do anymore due to work. How can I get ripped and also get my boxing work done in this time???

What's your diet like? To lose fat and get ripped, you have to be burning off more calories than you are eating. So you can workout really hard but if you're eating lots of junk food and other high calore/fat/sugar foods you aren't going to lose fat which is what you need to do to get ripped.

I'm living Korea at the minute, on the whole the food is really healthy, although they have white rice with every meal over here. I've been trying to cut down on it of late as I now it's pretty fattening, however options are pretty limited over here as far as carbs go.

I don't really do weights or other strength work, just sit ups, push ups and a pull ups at the end of my workout. My time is limited, so I hold the view I should I should be prioritizing improving my skills, however summer is nearly upon and I'm as vain as the next man when I'm on the beach.

Any ideas on how I can get my boxing done and get ripped in 2.5hrs?
