Well as some of you may or may not know, I'm in the process of loosing some weight. I've already lost 25lbs but latley I seem to have hit a plateau (sp?). I'm still doing every thing I was doing before but the weight just isn't coming off lime before. So I'm looking at cutting down my calories slightly. I've been eating really healthy but haven't got a clue how many calories I'm consuming in a day. I'm thinking about making a food journal on a day to day basis and posting what I have on my fat loss log in the training log section. So has anyone done one of these? Was it helpfull? Any tips?
