I'm currently training for boxing but have been doing a little mma also for about 6 months now. I'm a heavyweight so I would normally eat what I want which isn't good I know and thats why I'm finally coming to you guys and girl (I know one is a girl). I want to lose weight but not to much and I need to know what to eat. I see fruits on there but the thing is fruits make me gag and puke. I can drink orange juice though and grape juice. I don't have a problem with the veggies so I try to eat a salad daily. A problem is that I love chocolate but I'm willing to give it up so I can fight at a smaller weight. I started running last week and normally I wouldn't do that because I train almost daily but I want the endurance to last. Any help/advice is appreciated and jokes will not be hated either, as long as it's funny, but has some good advice with it.
