The joints in my hands have been bothering me lately (been boxing for over 2 years). Does anyone have any recommendations as to what to take to help this problem? I used to drink joint juice, but was wondering if there were better alternatives. Thanks.
For sure.. Even better is a mix of fish and flax oil. Better yet if you can find it is hemp oil, no bullshittin.
Mmm what's a good way to get fish oil? Can I buy just fish oil? I assume it's not too tasty by itself... any suggestions how to down it?
I take it in capsule form, and I believe I get it from Shaklee. Head over to GNC or your local health foods store and see what they have for ya.
Get the capsules, fish and flax oil blend. You need both bro. If you can find hemp oil it is the perfect blend of Omega 3 6 and 9. One of the cats that makes the steroid cream all the cheaters in baseball used wrote a long article about the benefits of fats. In it he says hemp is perfect for human athletic needs. Dude knows about supplements I assure you.:rasta
Krippy I just saw your Avatar. Thats some silly ass **** bro. LOL. WTF is the deal with that cat? Im driving distance to that gym and almost went yesterday to check it out. LOL. What a shame...
I'll look into it, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm already taking it. My mom hooks me up fat with vitamins and whatnot. Oh, and Hollywood Gym is the best gym around. Charlie would cream you if you went there, so watch it. :nut
There is a supplement you can take called MSM its all natural and lemme say this the **** works great, I got this tip from Justin Fortune at Wild Card a few years back when my hand and my ribs broke in the same year.
reserach it online, Justin gave me some so I wouldnt really have a clue where to get it but you can research it.
