    Alrighty there...

I just thought I'd put this up to help you all.

I'm the creator of http://www.learnhowtobox.com and http://www.boxingfootwork.com and I always get questions from my subscribers about diet plans and stuff.

I have to confesss its quite embarrassing cos I'm CLUELESS when it comes to this - so I decided to get some proper help.

I got in touch with a top London sports nutritionist (she normally charges £150 per hour) and like a total legend she agreed to give some free advice!!!

All you need to do is go here and fill in the info she needs for accurate advice...

    Get cracking!

Wow. £150 for an hour on nutrition? One of the most overpriced things I've seen in a while.

Eating healthy really isn't that difficult. There are plenty of books you can read on nutrition for £2-£20 on amazon.com.

    £150, what a joke.

yes they strip the plant of the juice and you drink it. you can find it at any vitamin store or just get some plants and extract it on your own. ppl normally take the capsules/tablets but the juice is better. it's good for a variety of things but esp. joint pain. this is how they treated arthritis long before modern medicine. since you guys fight i think it will be of value since it's more strenuous then what i did, dancing, and always helped me
