When i see at how easy Toney handles McClellan and how easy Duran handles Benn, it makes me wonder lots of things.

The way Toney turns G-Man repeatedly is a thing of beauty.

When your jab is giving Tommy Hearns problems, you know it's special. Mcallum looked great.

Super stuff, J. Thanks a million. I believe Gerald was tailor made for a motivated Toney. And I believe Mike takes Tommy.

The clip shows Hearns was a better boxer than Mc Callum. Notably the better jab.

Toney handles Gerald, but who is surpised Toney beats the puncher style easily.

It seems like people really see what they want to see. I see two quite evenly matched sparring sessions, where both guys are working rather than having a tear up. It really is great watching, though. Toney and McClellan both looked very good already in 1990. Three years before McClellan won Jackson's title.

I live people stating Toney schooled McClellan... I saw no such thing. To say nothing of the fact that it's sparring and neither was going balls to the wall. Further, on Hearns schooling, odd to say that, when Manny wanted nothing to do with Hearns fighting McCallum

I didn't see any schooling going either. Sure, Toney is slicker and McClellan can hardly land anything clean to the head, but he does good work to the body. Steward said that McClellan was a terrific body puncher.

And as you say Hearns isn't schooling Mike. He is working his jab and McCallum is trying to get inside now and then. But no one lands anything serious. They are working, not trying to prove anything.

I do not know what you guys are talking about

Toney - McClellan that was a serious sparring session.Anybody who knows boxing sees that immediately.Toney landing the much cleaner shots.

Hearns - Mc Callum was more of a workout/lighter session. You could still see Hearns had the better boxing skills.

It's sparring guys, there is a reason it's called sparring.

Let me guess - you like Hearns and Toney better than you like McClellan and McCallum? And you're an anti-Scot.
