    Great find. Great. Check the way Lloyd drops back onto the ropes like that, hands low...crazy man. The ring-rats in England loved Marshall when he was over there.

    Thanks for posting! Awesome find. Was always curious what the Marshall/Farr clip looked like...Always heard it was out there somewhere.

    There's actually a fair amount of Lloyd Marshall footage compared to the likes of Charley Burley, Holman Williams, Cocoa Kid.

    Most are latter career bouts though.

    Do you know of any other Marshall bouts on the internet? I've never seen Williams or Kid box, is there any of them?

    Not on the internet outside of the ones I posted here but I know there's atleast Marshall vs Ezzard Charles II, Marshall vs Freddie Mills, Marshall vs Hucks, maybe Marshall vs Cockell.

    I've heard people claim they have films of Holman Williams, Cocoa Kid but I never believe it until I see it and so far I haven't seen any footage of them.

    I've heard tell that one of CK's fights with Izzy Janazzo is on film. I've never heard tell of any Williams footage. I'd rather see footage of those two fight than Walker-Greb.

    Heres hoping they digitalise and share with us deprived fans

    I enjoyed the Marshall footage, similar style to Burley, but more aggressive and stronger, pretty exciting. Im suprised he has so many losses and inconsistancy, wonder if he took a few dives

    What should also be taken into account is that he was just old at the time. 36-37 fighting the way he did and the kind of opposition he did could be considered "ancient". In his prime Marshall had some losses but only to the very best.

    I have no doubt that one day most of the rare film will be available on the internet. The amount of boxing on youtube and other sites grows each day.

    I doubt there's any footage of Holman Williams. The time I heard about such film possibly existing was when someone was boasting about the huge boxing collection he possessed. I didn't think much of it.

    Never seen Cocoa Kid in action but considering the amount of fights he had, it wouldn't surprise me if there was some film of him.

    There's also some good film of Jimmy Bivins. Not sure about Lytell, Booker, Wade, Chase...

    I'd be stunned if Booker footage appeared. I've basically given upon ever seeing him fight, if I ever thought I might. He sounds smoooooth, too. I'd speculate that he'd be the most impressive of them all on film. Williams, after all, couldn't really hit.

    In a way Cocoa Kid is the biggest loss. It's impossible to even guess at how good he really was based upon his record and his dive(s).
