    Ok Let's Help Me Out Here.when I Throw A Right Hand Will Trining I Can't Seem To Get My Full Power Because My Arm Goes Foward But My Leg And Hip Stays Back.what Can I Do To Get My Whole Right Side To Go At The Same Time.it May Be Stupid But I Can't Get.i Just Started Training So I Can Get Into Boxing Shape.i Am 36 Years Old So I Don't Have A Pro Trainer Or Anything

    You rotate your back foot on the balls of your foot while you punch. The balls of your right foot shouldn't move, only rotate. Also, use your obliques to help rotate your hips to provide additional power.

    Practice moving your leg and hips then let loose with the right hand, start out slow and gradually increase the speed when you think youve got it right.

    average_joe's advice is great.

    .....that's right, and don't forget to carefully observe other boxers when they are sparring. You will see that some punch much more efficiently than others. A good trainer will point these things out.

    hard to tell..

    maybe you should try to use your torso,there is where the power comes from.

    or your stance is too broad... publish a video,that would give more info
