anyone recommend any useful footwork drills aswell as exercises to condition the legs,when im training my legs are the 1st thing to go and feel like lead weights.cheers
Also.. I know this may sound weird but in all honesty go dancing. You technically dance in the ring, salsa dancing is a great way to find a rhythm and get better with your feet
