I am 36 years old, and I would like to know what to do to get better footwork. My footwork SUCKS! I look like one of Jerry's kids. I don't have a trainer, nor will I ever. I am not a boxer, and will never become one, but I would like to train like one. I have worked out on focus mitts, but am struggling with footwork. Any advice would be very helpful.

    Thanks very much,
    Jim

Why work on footwork if you're never going to box?

Do calf raises til burnout around 4-6 times every 3-5 days out of the week. Doing as many sprints as possiable in the middle of your roadwork. Theres other exercises but most important of all is Consistency and pushing to the limit every time. Good luck
