    I think the trouble for Danny started when he started taking some real light touches, a la Rod Salka. That and getting a few generous decisions. (El Maestro and Lamont Peterson come to mind). Overall though, he’s a warrior. Always comes to fight, and in shape. He’s a very consistent performer who is a tough fight for anyone at his weight.

    Matthysse was a big puncher. He hit Garcia cleanly at his chin and the rubber teeth spilled out of Garcia's mouth, but the latter didn't go down to the floor. I still remember that. What a great chin!

    I didn't used to be a fan cause seemed like he got a couple of gift decisions in quick succession, but he has since won me over.

    How much did Khan losing to Garcia at the time hurt you miniq? It must have been insufferable for you to hear Angel Garcia talk that much **** about Khan only for Khan to be knocked tf out and inflated his dads ego even more.

    Sammy Vargas is a cherry?

    Hes a solid top 20 type guy, same with Redkach and Herra
    Unless you expect him to fight P4P type guys in every fight!

    The only notably soft fight hes had is Salka.

    Thats one light touch.

    Has the Spence fight happened or are you predicting the inevitable?

    Khan in retrospect was not such a great win, the guy has no chin whatsoever.

    Mathysse was a defensive counter punching display to eek out a win against a faded slugger.

    Let's see how the Spence fight goes.

    He has an awesome record of fighting the best guys in every division he's fought in.

    The name comes from the soft touches he takes between fights.

    After Khan he fought Judah and Morales.

    After Matthyse he fought Herrera and Salka.

    So from 2012 to 2014 he fought 4 very soft touches and got the nod in 2 very close fights that easily could have gone the other way.

    Due to his unbeaten record it seemed perhaps he was being a bit protected.

    Tbh he won me over fighting and beating Matthyse so I never really got it.

    His Father is loud and an aze but Danny is a tough SOB
    Good fighter and if Spence has any hidden injuries from the wreck DSG will find and exploit them inside the ring.
    DSG can bang but Spence is a monster when he is not showing Mercy like he did with Garcia
