Colombian journeymen epifanio Mendoza had him out on his feet at one point of their ESPN2's televised fight. Definitely not an stellar chin, but probably above average.

 

yeah, real heart. he should retire now, he has nothing left. he was ruined as a fighter the night he met joe calzaghe, joe slapped him silly.

 

Eh, in both the Jones and Calzaghe fight he seemed hurt quite a bit. Jermain Taylor also seemed to land at will on him too. Good chin, not an iron one and others have said he has a heart. However, his incredibly bad defense and injury makes him pretty limited nowadays(well, his defense was one of the biggest things keeping him from competing at the highest level).
