I am a fan of both. Here's how I see it:

-Pacquiao is willing to fight anyone.

-Mayweather will fight the best opponent if it also makes the best financial sense. Why fight a very risky Pacquiao whom could win, when he can fight an Alvarez and make nearly as much?

-Arum is a good business man that will pick and choose opponents that make Pacquiao look good and maximize returns.

At the end of the day both of guys have been the beneficiaries of great match making. There is proof of this, and no objective fan can deny this. I hope these two finally fight, as it is a fight either man could win.

Arum is no more scum than any other top promoter, and if you look at any top level fighter, you can start to poke holes in their resume. Mayweather and Pacquiao are the two best of this generation, and they have done it against quality opponents.

If either of these guys aren't as good as they are made out to be, then what is the point of them fighting each other? This is a business, any boxer will tell you that. Accept it.

I am a bigger Mayweather fan than Pacquiao, but if Mayweather fights Khan next I'm not buying that ****. If Pacquiao fights Bradley, Provodnikov, or Marquez, I will buy.
