It was a close but clear win for Mayweather. Not a wonderful performance by either guy.

As soon as oscar dispensed with the jab it was a UD for PBF.

Why do people with mayweather avatars always go back and try to rewrite history for him?
He got a SD by running and pot shotting Oscar for 12 rounds.
Every casual fan was upset by the fight, and most hard core boxing fans thought it was ok.
I know I have no desire to watch that fight again.

Maybe 8-4 for Floyd. I understand what you mean I just don't feel Oscar did enough to win. He gave him agression but he wasn't hitting any thing alot of times. How does landing 21% win you a decision? lol

The funniest part is people always talk about De La Hoya landing his jab, but he only landed 17% of them according to Compubox.

The myth that DLH stop using his jab is a silly one. As Lampley said, Mayweather took away his jab. Proof?

He only landed 17% of the jabs he threw. It was more Floyd controlling Oscar with his jab then stepping it up during the championship rounds

No better than 8-4, no worse than 7-5 in Mayweather`s favour.... close but clear.... rds 9-12 were the rds that made the difference IMO.

I thought it was a good competitive fight with high level technique`s on show by both men, especially defensively.

More a fight for the purists.

    Don't have to tell me.
I had to sit in a room full of 20 people and explain what Floyd was doing and why. Most people don't watch a boxer think, they state blankly and look for violence.

I am sick of people trying to downplay defensive fighters with the argument that they bore casual fans. When discussing who is the best, that **** don't mean a damn thing. If a guy can KO or point his way to victory over another guy, he is the better boxer that night. Period.

Your 20 friends should put a thumb in their asses and go watch an MMA Greco-Roman Oil-wrestling ***fest and shut the **** up!!!

115-113 Mayweather...I had this fighter closer then the first castillo-floyd fight, which I had 115-111 Mayweather....
