for boxing: weights question...

    High weight and low reps or low weight with high reps?

    Depends on what your goals. And define "high weight, low reps" and "low weight, high reps".

    alright, maybe I can clarify and get a clearer answer. Typically Ive always dont low weights and high reps every other day and boxing workouts the other days.

    Such as...3 sets of curls with 15 lb dumbbells, or 3 sets on the bench press with 110lbs...etc.
