for cotto to get credit it must be a close fight where in the 11 to 12th he just overwhelms mosley forcing his corner or the ref to stop the fight, if its a one sided victory for cotto people will just say mosley was old and had nothing to give. for mosley to get credit he must outbox or outwork cotto to a UD, he can't knock cotto out or people will just say cotto was china chin or overhyped. regardless of who wins i can see people discrediting both fighters.
yea it always happens no matter what happens. there will peopel to say I TOLD YOU SO either way. eventhough cotto has never ducked a fighter in his life people will **** on him so whatever. the guy fights top notch fighters, fights 4-5 times a year and people still hate on him.
I think Mosley will KO Cotto, but it will be a pier 6 brawl before it's over.:yep A convincing win for Cotto puts him in the elite class.
Cotto is going to get his overrated, chin chinned ass knocked the **** out within 3 rounds. Mark it down. Just playing. Honestly, I hope Mosely hasn't gotten old overnight. If not, this will be a really good fight. I've been going back and forth on this fight. In the end, I have to go with Cotto. I've been watching him for a while, and have been waiting for him to be in a big fight. This is his chance to shine. Although his defense is still suspect, he shows alot of patience and never panics. He'll need these qualities in this fight. Mosely looked a bit slower, and his defense was sub par against Collazo. As long as Cotto can stay active, and retreats when neccesary, he should be able to pull out the win.
