so many thread starters here calling some boxing superstar fans as nuthuggers. can you at least inform us who are these nuthuggers you are alluding to? of course you did not mean all Cotto fans as nuthuggers, right?

Is obvious to find who they are.

Usually a normal cotto boxing fan will say something like this:
Cotto would prolly beat Margarito but will be a tough fight
or even though i am a cotto fan but i think he will get beat by floyd.
something modest and logical. their statements usually makes sense with vegas odds.

A rabid cotto ball cleaner will sound like:
Floyd is ducking cotto (even though cotto turned down the fight at 140)
or Floyd is scare! and makes stupid avater of floyd being a chicken.
or Cotto will smash anyone with a bodyshot
or cotto does better on similar opponents than floyd bc he gets them with ko ( and without logic forgets that cotto also took more punishment and fed on floyd's left overs )
or cotto's rival gets put in the same sentence and huggers quickly dismisses the rival boxer as if cotto is light year ahead in class.
and much much more of course.

I seek them out and joke on them bc like I say. The general public are idiots and only follows whoever the HBO guys tell them to follow and believes all hype. There is no hope for them really bc they will never go away but on a boring day at work. It pasts time very quickly.

Cotto is a great fighter but to say he is a warrior who always seeks the most difficult road is not true. His style is to press forward due to his lack of foot speed or hand speed. He have to press forward to win and he have a big punch. To say his resume is very impressive is also lies. Shane was out of prime, Judah was suspended, torres had two weeks notice. He plays it safe too no more than floyd and many many other big names.

So your trying to deny that Cotto takes risky fights?................Yes Torres took the fight on two weeks, so did Cotto, so that point is just subjective.

Just shows you the gulf in talent people are aware of between Cotto and Mayweather.

Cotto taking on a Judah that hadnt fought in 400 days is risky. Mayweather taking on a Judah who is still a belt holder at 147 is cherry picking.

A 27 year old Cotto taking on a 36 year old Mosley is risky. A 30 year old Mayweather taking on a 33 year old Oscar at 154 is cherry picking.

    :yep

Didn't I already post that Margarito is the most dangerous fight he have to date? He has been taking moderate risk fights like most other big names.

My post never mentioned Floyd and I have never hated on Floyd, I always say ppl don't give credit to Floyd taking on Oscar at 154.

    Cotto haters usually say that:

"Cotto is a great fighter, BUT" he sucks at this, that and the other.

Which leads to your post of::deal

"Cotto is a great fighter but to say he is a warrior who always seeks the most difficult road is not true. His style is to press forward due to his lack of foot speed or hand speed.
