For how long could Margarito have been using loaded wraps?

Id say for as long as he could get away with it and he should have been banned from the sport.

I sat down with a team of the best minds in a world. We came up with 4.78 years.

I think he definately had them for the Cotto and most likely the 2nd Cintron fight. Hard to tell with Cintron though.

I heard he used loaded gloves against Morales and then tried the same thing against Manny. What do you expect from a reputed cheater anyways.

My belief, having watched the fights, is that his wraps were doctored for both Cintron fights, Paul Williams, and Cotto.

Who knows. It's possible that the Mosley fight was the first and last time. However every fight of his up to than has to be under sussipision.

Take a lookat Tony versus Gloden Johnson. That would be my guess for the first fight he had loaded gloves.

After Cintron fought him, Cintron said something like about how he didn't know what was going on but he just couldn't take Margaritos shots, he said he was getting hurt by shots that he could normally take, saying he got hit harder in sparring. This was well before Tony got caught against Mosley. Not really proof of anything but sort of interesting in retrospect.

Look at how marked up Williams face was when they fought. I've never seen him mark up like that and Margo was barely touching him. It looked just like the Cotto fight except Williams was too big and strong to be stopped by it that night. Watch Margo's fights and then watch Resto vs Collins. Some of the similarities are chilling in hindsight.

Cotto and Margo are both very faded at this point but I question if Margo was ever truly a world class fighter. I expect Cotto to beat him soundly without the plaster.

Williams has said he didn't think Tony had loaded gloves when he fought him.
