Well no disrepect BOO, I know it is all in good fun and I respect your opinion and I know you come to rile everyone up, BUT, BERNARD HOPKINS picks AA to win the WHOLE thing. I know how much respect you have for BHOP. I am not going to confirm it, but I know what I heard and I heard BHOP says AA is winning the whole thing.
Taylor and Froch have the best resumes. They are the only two who have beaten elite opponents. AA is far too small to win this. Kessler is good but VERY overrated. Semi Finals only for Kessler
So actual latent ability means nothing? Your future success is determined solely based on your past accomplishment? :huh Those of us picking Kessler aren't picking him because of his resume in relation to Froch's or Taylor's. Obviously he doesn't have a Pascal or a Hopkins in his win column. But he's a patently better fighter overall than both (more fundamentally sound and technical boxer than Froch, and tougher and more comfortable adapting than Taylor) - that conclusion comes from actually watching the guys fight, not looking at records.
We shall see!! I'm dealing in facts. If it were as simple as the 'better fighter overall' then Kirkland Laing would have been an ATG. I'm pretty confident Kessler won't win it. For me the winner is either Froch or Taylor. AA doesn't stand a chance.
On the last bit I agree. And if Kessler does self-destruct, I think a Froch-Taylor finale is a given. :good
Teddy didn't pick AA that I know of. I was just breaking your balls. I didn't know about BHop. Certainly interesting. His age may finally be showing.
Just in case Boo missed it Which Rubio? Who works at a Kofi shop? That's how you beat Rubio: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Oi5uqwc0m4 It took 9 rounds for Pavlik what an Abraham bag lady did in 30 seconds. That makes Pavlik what... a 90 year-old crippled bag lady? :hi:
