opinions like above are always where your credibility falls down.anyone who knows anything knows that was a 35 year old washed up leonard in there with a 24 year old prime norris.the result was expected by true boxing fans, however your constant hate of leonard tends to get in the way of the facts.

I have just been accused of expressing my opinions as tho they are facts and now you are telling me that Ray was washed up at 34/35 without evidence from a previous performance. Can you prove it based on his previous fight?

Maybe he just met his match in the Norris fight?

Not all fighters are washed up at 34/35. Example: Bernard Hopkins, Carlos Monzon.

You cant just tell me "everyone knows Ray was washed up at 35". Is that like some kind of scientific explanation?

I understand that Hopkins did get a late start and Monzon was well preserved, not having taken the punishment expected over a long career. And in the same way, Leonard with his short career and having never taken serious punishment should be fully functioning. After all, he did push for this fight.

Question: was he winning? As I recall, Leonard was on a 11 year win streak and Terry beat him fair and square with Ray being the heavy favorite.

To tell me that the result was expected by true boxing fans is a flat out lie!

Why didnt the media come right out and say Leonard should not take this fight as they did for the Hagler fight? Shouldn't those in the media know what Ray have left? I would expect someone like Ray who showed NO signs of wear in his previous fight to do better against an opponent when he has such a notable advantage in experience.

What's wrong with Ray getting in the ring with some healthy competition for a change?

I expect a better repky that just "your constant hatred of leonard just gets in the way of facts"

Now it's your turn to give the facts for a change instead of running away from giving them

Maybe you havent seen it, that's why.

Hopkins has never shown the intensity that Hagler displayed in the Minter, Lee, and Hearns fight.

Hopkins did beat Trinidad but I expected him to. But he isnt the boxer Hagler was either. This was proven in the Sibson and first Hamsho fights. Hopkins has never put on an exhibition on this level.

I hear what you're saying, but the fact is that Moore fought above 175 for years and years, his weight constantly fluctuating between 175 and 200lbs. That is completely different to Jones fighting only once in his entire career above 175lbs, piling on 20lbs of muscle once, then burning it all off again. The two situations can be compared only in numerical terms, they are different situations.

How do you rate Canto and Basilio?

I also wonder whether Griffith and Burley are a bit too low. I think low means too close to number 1?

Great list! Just a couple comments. I think RJJ is too high. I'd have Leonard ahead of Ross but behind Moore. Mayweather behind Sanchez. Still, that's a really good list.
