The voting has improved.. Clearly, Vitali. Far more dynamic. Far more courageous - which has facilitated his greater range from both need and experience. Vitali has been places in a boxing ring Wladimir can't even fathom.

Somebody who knows what they're talking about.

    Somebody who does not.

Wlad may be more textbook technically skilled, but he lacks the ability to fight on the inside, and this should be taken into consideration.

Vitali shows more punch Variety than Wlad, it isn't that Wlad can't throw the punches, it's that he choses not to.

I think this topic deserves a bump to get more votes in.

Vitali is the more natural boxer. Whether that means better is up for debate. I think in the pure sense of boxing, hitting without getting hit, Vitali is better than his bro. He didn't need to bring in Manny Steward and have someone change his fighting style to be effective, and dominates his opponents the same if not more thoroughly than his bro

If you asked "more talented" Vitali would be an easir pick. Skill is a relative and more limited term, most think technical arsenal when they hear it. In pure technical skills Wlad might have a slight edge but physical abilities included which allows Vitali to do all kind of fancy stuff, head and shoulder movement, upper body movement, dropping both hands, sticking head in and have opponents completely timed, pull-counter etc... I say Vitali takes the overall edge. Again skill is a problematic term, some doesn't consider an elite pressure fighter skilled but consider a slickster one which of course if completely flawed.

Vitali and Wladimir are mirror opposites, Wladimir is a boxer with knockout power, Vitali is a tough counter-puncher....

Wlad has better power, is more skilled technically. His weaknesses are chin, heart, and mental fortitude.

Vitali has chin, heart, and mental fortitude. But he doesn't have great skills or power.

Add them together and you'd have a heck of a fighter. Apart, they each leave something to be desired.
