Floyd could take PAC's request and drop the testing and the fight is made....or better yet...the fight would have been history WITHOUT the allegations or demands which was scheduled for March 13th 2010.

PAC agreed to random testing and unlimted urine random testing. He just had his own requirments on how close to the fight the random testing can go.
