To be fair, he said that Bradley should apologise and give back the WBO belt to Pacquiao after the first fight and that is what he would have done. Quite hypocritical.

Nah, not hypocritical. He doesn't believe he lost. And who would?

That's a stretch, you don't really believe that do you?

-Real talk over 12 rounds who held a greater percentage of the fight ambiance?
-Did the fight resemble more of a Ward fight or a Kovalev fight?
-Are punch stats objective or subjective?
-Did you see a steady decline in production from Kovalev or Ward as the fight went on?
-Did Kovalev look like he was gaining confidence or was his level of desperation/frustration increasing?
-Is it possible to win a round without ever landing a punch (Willie Pep)

Although I talk a lot of trash about the Kovalev lovers, I too had Kovalev winning the fight, Not because I am an obsessed fan, I picked Ward to win but, I believe Kov did more damage throughout the fight and landed more punches in more rounds. That being said, for anyone who claims the fight was a Kovalev blowout and the fight was not close, you need to remove Kovs c ock from you a$$.

There are legitimate fans that think Kov won so i don't want to disrespect them. They have a great argument. It's the Kov fans who are crying robbery. Boxing fans are just sick of you lol. Get over it. Ward won by 1 point on 3 cards. They just don't seem to think that it was a close fight at all.

The crying needs to stop at some point. We're closing in on the 2 month mark of the fight and people are still going on about the fight being a robbery! Your boy didn't get the nod this time, maybe he puts Ward to sleep in the rematch, a rematch that I think happens before June of this year.

    Funny avatar, classic!!!

You got it all wrong!!! Rewatch the fight!!! Kov outclassed Ward no more that Ward outclassed him! You clowns seem to forget ward wasn't even supposed to see round 8, isn't that the junk you guys were talking LOL It was a close fight! Fools coming on here with butthurtedness trying to rewrite a history to make themselves feel good and keep propping up their hero! LOL All you Ward haters had to face facts that Ward put up a better fight than you expected, toughed it out when things got rough and got the decision! Ward-1 Kovalev-0, Kov fans-in denial! LOL This is great stuff! What are you guys gonna do if Ward manages to beat your hero again? Man I can't wait for the rematch!!!

lmao, thanks but no thanks for the visual....wtf man

Selecting Kova as the winner of the fight is completely fine,

The true irony here (at least for the Kova extremists) is most have overlooked the fact that these two guys are so good at their respective crafts that they basically neutralized each other and as a passionate fans we should be appreciating and praising the event. I like to reference my school day studies in psychology class when we spoke about the cognitive bias codex. There was a quadrant dedicated to favoring the simple looking options and complete information vs the more complex and ambiguous options...or conjunction fallacy which falls under the umbrella but doesn't have the same definition. Conjunction fallacy is where (correct me if I'm wrong here people) the more probable outcome is based on a combination of factors instead of one particular factor, condition or in this case winner. Simply put its more probable that Ward & Kovalev fought in a highly competitive and difficult fight where either man could have won vs Ward and Kovalev fought and Ward (or) Kovalev should have been the winner.

There now I can smoke the green stuff again and take a nap.

So by almost completely nullifying the things Sergei does best for the larger portion of the fight you could not find enough evidence to justify an evenly fought match. You're basically limiting the win formula to who had more bruises on their face, which unfortunately for some on here, is a huge and completely legitimate determining factor.

So many close rounds, all for the challenger?? Not fair at all man. 3 of those rounds could have easily been 9-9 rounds. So, thats where the robbery comes into play

Sorry if I offended you! LOL I try to be objective, it's just difficult when you get guys that hate on decent fighters and make such outrageous statements and can't admit when a fighter they thought was going to lose, wins and give him props. I've been watching boxing for many years and I have gotten picks wrong but, I always tried to be objective about how I react to the fights. I can understand the Kovalev fans being upset at the loss, especially if they truly believe their guy won but, to say the fight was a robbery and the fight was a walk in the park for Kovalev is just nonsense!

There is also something to be said about perpetuating all this whining. It's depressing, clogs up the brain and prevents forward progress.

    Understood,

    However...

I think your reinforcing my theory here if those rounds could have been 9-9 then how does that support the polarized feeling of "robbery"

if rounds where described as clear and distinct Ward rounds or Sergei rounds then a case could be made.

Welcome to the alternate reality that is America at this point, logic, reason, rationality, don't mean ****, the media make up the narrative that they want to push, and damn anyone who disagrees, they get bulldozed and thrown into the dustbin of history, facts, complexity and ambiguity have become antiquated relics of the past.
