If Pacman defeats Hatton next year you can not manufacture conspiracy theories or lame ass excuses. Agreed? If Hatton loses the following vernacular and jargon will be null and VOID and you may be called out as a poor sport with zero credibility:

    * "Hatton lost to Pac because he drained himself making weight"

    * "Hatton lost because he's on the downside of his career"

    * "Hatton has deteriorated since the Mayweather fight"

    * "Hatton was not in his prime when he fought Pacquiao"

This is an example of some of the excuses I expect to hear. If Hatton loses to Pac it's because Pac is the better fighter. It's that simple. Understood? NO EXCUSES Hatton fans.

    The End.

    :hi:

As if the excuses of Hatton fans are as bad as the excuses of PBF, Margo and Pacman fans (or haters for that matter).

IIRC no-one particularly made 'excuses' for his only previous loss.

The 'Firm But ForHire' refereeing was an annoyance and to the detriment of the fight, but only the most deluded claimed it affected the result.

Stay on topic. We're not talking about other fighters.

    Alright, fair play.

The excuses with Hatton fans aren't as bad. The excuses in regard to the Hatton PBF fight were legitimate concerns on the surface, although later proven wrong.

Problem is that two of those "excuses" are true:

1/ "Hatton was not in his prime when he fought Pacquiao"
2/ "Hatton lost because he's on the downside of his career"

Having said that Hatton will still rip Kung Fu master a new arsehole :good

The only thing with Hatton he seems to get illnesses within training camp (low immune system i dunno)he had it against Urango and Lazcano but apart from this ....oh oh i'm making excuses already.
Well Hatton was well beaten against Mayweather of course.
Ok sounds fair but if Pac-Man loses it's not because he's fighting out of his natural weight

Nice try but you can't make things not true, or forbid mention of them just because you listed them first.

Points 2 and 4 are probally true, he's a 30 year old pressure fighter, it doesn't make them excuses or not valid though. Either way, Hatton will still have enough in the tank to beat the Pinoy Godzilla.

We can still use 'Pacquaio was just too big for him, afterall he's a welterweight and lil Ricky has always been too small to compete with big bully welters' though, right?

    Void!

Pac is also 30, so I guess you believe this is a major disadvantage for Hatton?

I'm slightly confused by this post. Hatton has lost only once, and every Hatton fan that I heard, said the same thing, Hatton was well beaten by the #1 P4P king in Floyd.

What exactly are these excuses that you speak of?
