People don't seem to get that it's consistently consuming more calories than you burn on a daily basis that makes you gain weight not having a McDonald's meal or a pizza once a week.
Indeed. Most people don't understand context either. I'll get people come and ask me "Well will *insert food name* ruin my diet?", well, it depends.
i think its mostly psychological if anything, i feel like if i pig out on **** ill perform ****. you know wat i mean
