    It's where you could actually lose by knocking someone out! ....

    But basically yeah, a sparring session.

    Ya, or a "Smoker" as Teddy Atlas calls them. Basically halfway in between a fight and a sparring session. The gloves are normally sparring gloves, but a crowd is there and it's normally 3 or 4 rounds.
