What stupid are the posters who think Pac is going to beat Hatton as easily as he beat David Diaz. I know no one thinks Diaz is better than Hatton.

He was always gonna lose to Floyd and 99% certainly will do to Pac because they train to fight, Hatton trains to lose weight

DIAZ was hit by a truck....HATTON will be hit by F-117. It's gonna be painless because he won't know what hit him. It will be so swift he will never know if he went to a fight with PACMAN or not. Do not bet on HATTON, better feed that money's worth to your family! MARK MY WORD!:hat

That's a bit biased. Lazcano was a good fighter in his own right - he was no mug that Hatton was supposed to just walk through.

Being a Hatton fan I concede that Manny has the snap in his punches to hurt Hatton. He is not a one punch KO artist but he wears you down and grinds you to a halt with relentless pressure.

I've seen an idiotic comment or two that it would be "impossible" for Hatton to stop or hurt Pacman, which is equally as ******ed. :deal

I think 2 things are happening here.

    1. People are acting as though Pac is the puncher in the fight......he isnt. Hatton hits with much more authority than Pac at 140.

    2. People who are claiming Hattons durability has gone on the 1 blip in the match with Lazcarno where he was stunned for a few seconds and therefore people say he was close to being stopped:rofl:patsch

We need to talk facts, Hatton has been stopped at 147 but at 140 he hasnt come close to losing, Pac has also been stopped off lesser men than Hatton, but that was years ago.

Both will hurt the other and by the end of the fight both men will have earned each others respect. But to the people who say Pac is going to blow Hatton away all i can say is keep dreaming.

Ilesey is that laughing with or at me ? I hope with me becuase it's hardly a stupid statement. Hatton is a tit and i'll tell you why. Whilst he's a good fighter and also willing to take on the best he's ruining his own chances by blowing up so much between fights. Floyd Snr said "you need to cut the booze - simple as". Why would it have been so hard to comply. He has 2 years at the top and he cannot be arsed to do it even though it will greatly increase his chances of cementing a better legacy. 2 YEARS FFS. He cuts out the booze goes for a couple of jogs inbetween fights and 'Hey Presto' - he's more dominant at his optimam weight, he's less suceptable to a punch, in training he learns new tricks because he's not doing so much to lose the weight. He would have a far better chance to beat Pacquiao if he'd followed Floyd Snr's advice. Doubt he ever beats Floyd Jnr though

KCD - Very good comments and whilst i like Hatton I must disagree. Although he never looked like losing the Lazcano fight he looked like losing against Tsyzu and nearly got stopped in rounds 1 and 2 against Eamon Magee. Still he's class at 140 and it will be a good fight like you say. Pac rnd 10 for me though

Saying Hatton trains simply to lose weight is more a sweeping statement than a stupid one.

Yeah fair enough but I meant that whilst others are concentrating on training for the fight a lot of Hattons time is spent dealing with his weight

I think Manny punches harder than Floyd.
