***For those of you you doubt VITALI KLITSCHKO.......***

Vitali also has very good reflexes ... he doesn't throw combinations like a big guy ... he throws them like a smaller guy ...

Like Holyfield when he first hit the HW scene except he's much bigger in size.

You would think that wouldn't fair him too well but it catches his opponents off guard.

And I think in two fights with two hard hitting former champions serves his chin good and does prove thats its granite.

He stood up to big guys and took good punches from them ... he was getting caught flush by Lennox and never went down ... and Lennox has KO'd guys with one punch before. The same goes for Sanders ... who had previously knocked out Vitali's brother Wlad.

 

Indeed. There has never, I repeat, NEVER been a fighter of Vitali's size who has been even close to his level.

And Drexel said Vitali had to land a gazillion punches to put someone down. :blood

He put Wiliams down early in that fight on just a few shots. Kirk Johnson had never been taken out as Vitali did in round two. ( and don't say the weight was a factor, as the KO was so early, the weight was not much of a factor)

Vitali's power is well documented as being among the most lethal. :good His KO percentage is about as good as anyone in the history of the division, if I recall correctly. Among the top three in history, I think it is.

Up until the Vitali destruction, Kirk Johnson had only lost but one fight to Ruiz, which was a disqualification. He had beaten some very good oppoents, and yet Vitali took him out as if he were a clubfighter.

getting a TKO win against Wlad is not that hard to do,, if ross the boss purrity could not I mean...... Peter almost did it and he has the skill of a cave man right:good

 

Same could be said for Peter's chin right,, the shot's wlad landed on him would have ko'd 99% of heavies and peter took about 20 huge blows or more.

 

So tell me who are these great chins or better yet great fighters that Vitali built his KO resume against?

Its not only the fighters he's beaten, but how he beats them, and the fact that they had never been handled as Vitali handled them.

Donald, Johnson, for instance.............................and for an illustration of Vitali's power........ Williams had just endured Tyson's early swarms in his previous fight.

Tyson was shot in the williams fight,,that was just a shell of who tyson was,, add the fact that tyson tore his knee up in that fight and add the fact that tyson almost knocked out williams in the first round

 

With all respect people are allowed to doubt Vitali Klitschko right now, simply because the man has not fought in how many years? there are too many factors regarding the man injuries ring rust age is creeping up on him.
So to be honest with you the title of this thread should be to those of you who doubted Vitali Klitschko, and honestly he has not beat any top teir Heavyweights prior to or after the Lewis fight.

 

That is all Im saying also,,, he as not beat any top tier heaveyweight. I do not consider sanders or williams to tier guys.

 

They are not, neither is Kirk Bubba Johnson, Vitai has lost to two champions, but he did put up a good showing of himself in both fights, but putting up a good showing does not make you the cream of the crop its finishing the fight no matter how much it hurts and its also stepping inside and risking more when your face is half way ripped off.

Vitali had rounds when he fought Lewis, he had plenty of rounds to step it up and get it done he refused to do so he treated that cut as if it was not bad enough for the fight to be stopped on :nono

its either Vitali or his Corner to blame for that either way someone should have told him or Vitali himself should have atleast took the situation more serious than he did, he should have risked more to win that fight.

Either way yes Vitali is respected not doubted, but the truth is he hasnt beat a top teir Heavyweight and there is nothing you can say to prove otherwise.
