How often do you deal with ball injuries that affect your boxing training? Right now I'm dealing with a sprained left pinkie from ball and it's affecting my bag training. Lately I've been taking it real easy when throwing left hooks. And if it's not a sprained finger, it's ankle issues from old sprains. Anybody in the same boat?

Yeah I hear you. I've had problems with my ankles, really got to take the time to focus on strengthening them with a wobble board and relevant exercises. No sport is more fun than basketball in my opinion so I ain't stopping!
