Just been looking at tickets and Ticketmaster say they only have £250+ floor seating left...

This is exactly why Haye agreed to fight Harrison - it sells and the PPV will fly too.

Whether it is the 'right' thing to do according to us boxing fans, doesn't matter.

Would Adamek have got as much media coverage or 'sold out' so quickly??

Yep, I couldn't understand why people said it wouldn't sell. It was a cert to do well and Sky havn't even got thmeselves into gear yet trying flog the PPVs.

Nah, they release the tickets slowly (well they did for Haye-Ruiz). They were only showing the expensive tickets for a week or two and then suddenly they had loads of cheaper ones available as well.

    Yeah it will sell

    Sex / porn sells

    Junk food sells

    Drugs sells

    Booze sells

All the bad stuff sells - and people are willing to pay good money to satisfy their unhealthy lusts and addicitions.

Thats what this fight is - its entertaining to see the event unfold - even though you know its a fight that Haye should not take.

    Its a novelty fight.

It's not a great fight, but so what? It gives Haye practice with another tall opponent and should produce a better conclusion than the k brothers will against their opponents.

Ruiz was a more worthy opponnet.

But from a box office perspective this fight caputres the British Publics interest much more.

Why would Haye take this fight - in the face of everyone saying they will lose respect for him and stop being a fan if he took this joke fight, etc ?

Becaue money talks - money talks.

    Its a "money" fight.
