What do you think is the best Sugar Ray Robinson biography. I want to read about him and Im wondering what you guys think is the best. I read "Hands of Stone", a Duran bio and I thought it was great. If you can name other good boxing bios or autobiographies(cause Im also interested in guys like Hagler, Leonard, Hearns, Chavez), I'd be interested...

The Dave Anderson 'Sugar Ray' book is best in my opinion, although I'm in the course of reading 'Sweet Thunder' the new SRR book and its not bad, ties Rays life in with the world around him during his life and other notable black people of the era.

'Pound for Pound' is ok if a little vague and although I've not read it I hear 'Being Sugar Ray' is very slight and not worth a purchase, only thing going for it is that it had the involvement of his son I think
