Dubois and his team are really trying to rile Usyk up. I have rarely seen Usyk so pissed off. I hope Usyk keeps his cool and proceeds to dominate Usyk.

I have had enough of Dubois and his team. If Dubois had been competitive, if he had won 2 or 3 rounds legitimately and then been stopped, i would commend him for his efforts. But dude could not win a single round and resorted to dirty fighting.

My fear for Usyk in this fight is Dubois's dirty fighting, head butting, etc.

I hope Usyk completely owns him. I do not want a competitive fight which is what i normally want. Instead i want Usyk to dominate him and knock him out cold.

He hit him on his circle logo, exacly where his belly button is. On the beltline which was slightly high.

Dubious is just going to hit that beltline with his jab like Floyd in the rematch

Never before has a punch on the belt waistband on a high beltline EVER been argued so much. It's hilarious. I can find more footage of thousands of punches, mainly jab to this area that are rarely called low or told to keep them up.(good) Referee's will instruct fighters at the start of the fight that punches ON the belt are legal if the trunks are high, something Joe Bloggs didn't do.

And you all want to ignore Usyk has complained about legal blows to his body before. Same referee told AJ his punches were low when they weren't, perfectly legal and CLEARLY legal cannot be disputed.

I don't think it's fair to call it an easy fight - Dubois is one of the top guys in the division and has improved since they fought before, whilst Usyk has declined.

It's also risky in the sense that Dubois is a quite dirty fighter and a lot of refs let things slide that they shouldn't.

I'm with you that I'd rather have seen him fight someone new, and Parker is as deserving as Dubois right now... But it's not Usyk chasing an easy fight IMHO.

 

The great irony, which he's not smart enough to grasp, is that if Usyk loses then it diminishes the guy who dealt with his guy fairly easily... What does that say about his boy?

 

Dubois doesn't get anywhere near as much stick as he deserves for ducking Parker.

He needs to stop banging on about the fight Usyk stopped him with a jab in. It's embarrassing.

 

The punch was technically low according to the rules but it didn't hit him south of border in his crown jewels nowhere near it.

Half of the fist landed on the belly button and the other half landed below the belly button.

As I said it was low according to the rules but it was a borderline shot and I've seen similar shots been allowed.

 

Usyk knows he is better than Dubois and that he can also beat Dubois.

A Dubois fight brings in a lot more money than Parker and is for the undisputed title.
