    De La Hoya Mayweather was marketed brilliantly with the 24/7 show....I admit, I was amped for that fight, but the fight itself was totally lackluster. "The fight to save boxing" my ass....I think Jones/Ruiz was the most I've ever been hyped for a fight.

    Foerman vs. Holyfield. My buddy and I followed his entire comeback from the time it was announced. We actually went to his second fight of the comeback in Oakland, CA in 1987 (think it was 87'). I thought he was going to take Holyfield out in the 2nd round when he landed a couple big ones, oh well...

    Barrera-Pacquiao 2 I was certain Barrera was going to get revenge I wouldve bet lots and lots of money on it I was that certain I was talking **** for 4 ****ing years and it was all finally coming here it was the night for Barrera to help me prove everyone wrong. What I got was Barrera stinking up the joint for the most part.

    remember listening in bed on me headphones..punching the matress :)
    sky tv was very new at the time...and there was only one pub in the town i was living in showing it and it was something like 25 quid...in 1989...to get into the pub to see it..
