pac - Floyd should never have been about the money - they were both guaranteed to make a killing

Yep! Neither guy did a damn thing to really try and make a genuine push for the fight.

 what bull****. It's not possible for Mayweather and Pacquiao BOTH to earn 100 million dollars each to fight each other. The way they derive that number is completely off too.

I think Floyd agreeing to Manny's stipulations regarding the gloves, ring size, entrance, promotional billing, overweight penalty, and more was a genuine push on Floyd's part. The $1 million per pound overweight penalty was a ludicrous proposal, and Floyd just agreed, no problem. (He never gets any credit for that either.) And then, the bull crap started with Manny talking about needles, cuts healing, stadiums being built, etc.

Funny how only *******s see it that way. History will remember that Floyd agreed to all of Manny's demands, and Manny ran away to fight someone that he considered to be an easier fight. Then he got knocked out.

Manny is a great fighter and the day he retires from the sport will be a sad one.

But he will always be on my list of dumbest dumbass Boxers to ever grace the sport. He ranks pretty high along with Mike Tyson, Jermaine Taylor, Winky Wright, and Paul Williams.

You know that's not true...but for some reason you said it anyway.

When a guy like Floyd agrees to a 5050 split HE WANTS THE FIGHT...not to mention backing up from 0 cutoff days all the way to 14...and a 10 million dollar fine for every pound over 147.

Maria Sharapova doesn't need 14 days to recover from shi.t like that...let alone 14 days.

Floyd had to leave Arum to make the Oscar fight...his biggest payday.
Manny could have EASILLY done the same.

If Pac REALLY wanted that fight he would have made it with or without Bob Arum.:deal

Neither Bob nor Manny wanted that fight...They kept telling Pac he didn't need Mayweather:deal:deal

When Manny re-upped his contract with Top Rank that officially killed the fight and he knew it.

But who did it hurt the most??

Floyd is raking in record purses while Manny is fighting in China for peanuts.

Did you know Manny didn't even get paid for the Cotto fight?

I'm okay with that statement, as long as the follow up statement explains that Pacquiao's needle fear, cuts, and stadium were to blame. :good

It's clear for anyone who isn't a ******* who got the better end the deal.
