    $200K of Forbe's 600K purse apparently went to promotions. Is this normal to have a portion of your purse go to promoting the fight? :huh

    It surpised me when I read that. Unfortunately I won't remember which site I got that from if someone asks. Either ESPN or Foxsports I think.

    Corporate record labels do that kind of deal with musician's all the time, even when they are making an 80% cut of album sales profit already.:lol:

    Well 400k is probably more then Forbes made in the ring in 15 fights. Some of these fighters are not making good money. I guarantee he aint complaining.
