forearm pain

    Glucosamine is a good idea even without the pain yea.

    Sulphate is less saturated and absorbs better...... Chondroitin must be ok if your body is young and in good health though.

    Chondroitin must be to joints what Phosphorus is to bone too saturated and too big, takes too much effort to absorb.

    Ah yes, this sort of forearm problem is commonly referred to as a glass arm

    Also you feel bone too so calcium could be a problem.

    I was gonna say unlikely but considering a lot of calcium sources is high in saturated fats lol.
