That wasn't by accident. Foreman could be very sneaky and draw you in. There was a guy on another forum who sparred him and said he'd often throw pitty pat punches on purpose to get you to relax. Teddy Atlas even told Moore that he was baiting him but Moore wouldnt listen and thought he was just a fat old sitting duck and went for the kill.

Either way, the shot that finally clipped him had very little speed or snap. Maybe it did have something to do with all the built up damage over the rounds and Moore failed to notice how hurt he was.

It looked like it had plenty of snap. He turned it over right on the point of the chin. He hit Moorer with a shot higher on the head just before that. Then it looked Iike he intentionally brought it down.
