    Nope. Shavers had Holmes maybe a punch off losing, Snipes tho outclassed dropped him hard, Weaver put up a better fight than Cooney, etc.

    Holmes carried Cooney quite a bit by taking an extremely safety first approach due to Cooney's immense hype and superb power. Great winning tactic, but it made Cooney look a lot better than he was.

    He gave him a good workout, but not his hardest fight. He had much tougher/closer fights against Witherspoon, Williams, and Weaver, and Shavers and Snipes gave him his most desperate moments.
