Foreman: Floyd Mayweather Better Than Muhammad Ali

    George Foreman says Floyd Mayweather is RIGHT ... telling TMZ Sports, "Pound for pound, Floyd is better than me and Muhammad Ali ever were."

    Mayweather received tons of criticism this week after saying HE should be considered the greatest fighter of all time ... and now, it seems Foreman's backing him up in a major way.

    "This is a better generation BY FAR," Foreman tells us ... "They're smarter, they're stronger, they're overall just better fighters."

    As for the fight, Foreman says he's rooting for Mayweather -- and believes he's the better fighter --

    Thats kind of him but I suppose hes just being humble with himself and Ali. Even Ali today wouldn't say he's better, back then Ali was just doing it for joke.

    foreman is being an oxymoron. hes proof that ali is better than moneyman, since KFC hasn't fought anyone like foreman.

    Would Floyd have lost to a Ken Norton? Or even a Joe Frazier? I mean Joe was good, he was the HW champ but how many WW champs has Floyd beaten? Was a Cotto any worse than a Frazier? Frazier got wrecked by Foreman.

    People who can't grasp or understand the P4P concept and say things like, "Wladimir Klitschko or Sonny Liston kill Sugar Ray Robinson in 1 round!!" are much, much dumber than the people seriously using "P4P" to rate fighters for the sake of debate across 8 or 17 weight divisions.
